FAQS
WHAT TIME IS THE CHOCOLATE WALK?
The walk is from 1-4 p.m.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
We recommend parking in lot behind the Chamber office and Howlin Bird. This lot is accessible from Harmon Street. Alternatively, you can park in any of the surrounding public lots (Hoover District, Library, etc).
WHERE DO I GO TO CHECK-IN?
IMPORTANT: Please use the Chamber’s rear entrance, which is accessible easily from the parking lot mentioned above. To help us maintain a good flow during check in, you must enter through the back door and leave through the front door (on Main Street).
DO I NEED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
No. The only thing we will need is the name of the person who purchased your ticket(s).
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE GET TO THE CHAMBER OFFICE TO CHECK-IN AND PICK UP OUR BAGS AND MAPS?
We will be there to check you in anytime between 1 and 4 p.m. Please check in early enough to allow yourself time to complete the walk by 4 p.m. Pro Tip: in the past, it took people at least two hours to complete the walk, and there are more stops this year.
WHERE IS THE CHAMBER OFFICE?
We are located directly next door to the Howlin Bird on Main Street. Our address is 121 S. Main Street.
HOW MANY CHOCOLATE STOPS WILL THERE BE?
There will be 42 stops on the walk!
HOW LONG WILL TAKE TO COMPLETE THE WALK?
This is completely up to you, but please plan for at least two hours. You can walk as quickly or slowly as you’d like. You can stop for lunch or shopping along the way if you’d like. You can make this walk your own.
WHERE DOES THE WALK GO?
The walk extends from the North Canton Fire Department to Waggoner Chocolates. You will check-in at the North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce for maps and official Chocolate Walk bags. From the Chamber you can head north or south on Main Street.
WHICH BUSINESSES ARE PARTICIPATING?
A list indicating participating businesses and organizations is on our website. (We will give you a larger, printed map when you check-in). During the walk, each stop will have signage designating it as an official Chocolate Stop.
